How To Promote Your Game Show Training Session

  1.       It is important to put your "Marketing Hat" on, when it comes to generating interest and enthusiasm for your game show training session.  Create colorful flyers that create the perception that this is going to be a FUN training session!

  2.       It is equally important that you obtain the support of all mid-level managers in your organization. Without their sincere support for the Game Show Training Session, employees may not want to participate!

  3.       Provide your employees with sufficient notice about the Game Show training session.  You should also explain to them what information will be referenced in the trivia questions.  There should be no surprises.  Our goal is to make the Game Show training session fun for the employees.  It is important to provide them the opportunity to brush up on the material being covered, well in advance. We recommend one to two months notice.

  4.      OFFER PRIZES!!!  Prizes are always a big hit, and it creates a lot of enthusiasm for the Game Show training session.  We recommend one small, inexpensive prize for ALL employees that play.  Some companies offer a larger prize to the winning team/employees.  Make sure that you tell your employees this when you make the announcement about the Game Show training session.
